Rowan Pumpkin Chunkin 2013!

On November 1, TCNJ ASME member competed in the annual Rowan University ASME Pumpkin Chunkin event. The event consisted of various clubs competing to see who could catapult a pumpkin 100 feet the most accurately. TCNJ ASME successfully fired its pumpkin, and is excited to compete next year!

 

TCNJ ASME would like to thank Rowan University ASME for hosting the event! We hope to come back next year, with an even bigger catapult!

ASME Dinner and Seminar: Nuclear Reactors

Come join us for dinner and a presentation on nuclear reactors at
The College of New Jersey on Tuesday, October 23, 2012.

Roberta A. Kankus (Robbie), of Exelon Generation, will be discussing
nuclear reactor designs and their impact on the accidents at Three Mile
Island, Chernobyl, and Fukushima.

Advanced registration is required by close of business on October 16.
